Fleischmann Holmes Bozanic & Vuong, LLP (FHBV) was formed through the merger of Fleischmann and Holmes Accountancy Corp. and Aluran Partners, LLP. Through mergers and acquisitions, FHBV is actively expanding its services and capabilities in order to meet its clients' growing needs. We have made it our focus to continue to provide close and personal attention to our clients' accounting needs. We offer the benefits of a large firm with the service and attention of a boutique firm. Our continual investment in professional staff and technology is indicative of our commitment to excellence.

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive range of accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and small businesses. For businesses, our first priority is to serve our clients by providing superior services designed to make their business management easier and increase their profit margin. Founders

Vincent Bozanic, a graduate of San Diego State University, is a CPA with over 12 years of accounting experience. He has spent the majority of his career in public accounting with a specialty in small closely held businesses. Mr. Bozanic is also a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and utilizes this knowledge to meet the day-to-day accounting needs of his clients.

Nhan Vuong, a Chapman University graduate, is a CPA and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. He has over 10 years experience in public accounting at both local and top tier firms. This range of experience has allowed Mr. Vuong to combine the excellent customer service of a small firm with the technical knowledge and professionalism of a large firm, within his own practice.
